Sharon Cartwright, LPC, LCADC, ACS, CCS, NCC

Sharon brings more than a decade of diverse behavioral health experience to our team, having worked across detoxification, residential, halfway house, and intensive outpatient settings. As a licensed mental health and addiction professional, she leads with a person-centered, culturally responsive approach that elevates both client care and clinical practice.

Sharon is known for her strong clinical acumen, her passion for supervision, and her commitment to evidence-based treatment. She integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Enhancement Therapy, and Mindfulness-Based Interventions to support meaningful, sustainable change. In addition to her leadership role here, she also previously served as an adjunct professor at Kean University, helping shape the next generation of counselors.
