Alan Lassiter

Alan Lassiter began his journey down the passion filled road of substance use treatment in 2015 as a residential aide at Integrity House in Newark NJ. In 2017, he was promoted to residential aide supervisor. His career path pivoted to a clinical role in 2020 as a counselor at Integrity House, where he was later promoted to Program Manager in 2021. He took on the position of Associate Director at Veritas Recovery Center in 2023 and joined the team at Better Life Recovery & Wellness in 2024 as Part Time Counselor.
Alan’s personal passions are sports, reading, and spending time with family. One of motto’s Alan lives life by is “I believe service to others is the rent we pay for our space on earth.”
